Hours: Passenger waiting room is open daily, midnight-4:00am, 7:15am-3:00pm, 5:00-7:30pm. Station attendant is on duty one hour before and stays until one-half hour after all train arrivals and departures.
Parking: Limited free short- and long-term and handicapped parking is available at the station. Other customers should park in the Plaza Parking Garage accessible via West Commerce Ave. or West High Ave. Parking fees apply.

Shuttle Service Schedule
The NC Amtrak Connector Shuttle service meets morning trains 73 & 80, mid-day trains 74 & 75 and evening trains 76 & 79. The service links downtown Winston-Salem and the High Point Station. $2.40 one way, exact change only. Driver has no change.
Checked baggage service is not available at this station.
Carry-on Baggage Guidelines:
Passengers may carry only two (2) pieces of baggage on board trains, not including purses, laptops, strollers, etc. Bags may not weigh more than 50 lbs. each and may not exceed a size of 28 x 22 x 14 inches. Passengers must be able to safely carry their own baggage. NOTE: All carry-on bags must have tags with the passenger's name, address and phone number.
